15-Day Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return an item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • All original tags and labels are still attached.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry (earrings)
  • Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used.

Items that are marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
  • Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • As our shipping is free, you will receive a full refund for the item's purchase price.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will arrange for a free return and will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
