Return & Refund Policy

At Dorbe, we want customers to shop with confidence. Eligible unused items can be returned within 15 days of delivery, subject to our return conditions.

OUR RETURN PROMISE

Simple returns for eligible items

Dorbe accepts returns for eligible items within 15 days from the date the order is delivered to the customer.

To be accepted, the product must be unused, in its original condition, with original packing, tags, labels, and accessories. Items that are opened, used, damaged, or not suitable for resale cannot be accepted.

Return requests must be made within 15 days after delivery.

Unused Item

The product must not be used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered.

Original Packing

Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be included.

Resale Condition

The item must be in a condition that can be sold again.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items we cannot accept for return

For safety, hygiene, and resale reasons, some products cannot be returned or refunded.

We cannot accept returns for used items, opened items, products without original tags or packaging, products that cannot be repacked like the original condition, and hygiene-sensitive products.

Hygiene-sensitive items may include lingerie, bras, makeup, beauty products, personal care items, and any other product that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

REFUND PROCESS

How refunds are processed

Card Payments

If you paid by card, the eligible refund amount will be returned to the original payment card.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery orders are refunded as Dorbe Wallet Credit. We do not provide cash refunds for COD orders.

Refund Amount

Only the amount paid for the returned item, including the tax paid on that item, will be refunded.

DISCOUNTS & COUPONS

Refunds are based on the amount paid

If a discount, promotion, or coupon was applied to the order, the refund will be calculated based on the actual amount paid for the returned item, not the original selling price before discount.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not process direct exchanges

Dorbe does not directly exchange items. Customers should return the eligible item first. After the refund is processed to the original card or Dorbe Wallet, the customer can place a new order for the preferred item.
