original tags and labels are still attached.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned
or exchanged:

care and beauty products that have been opened or used.
Items that are marked as "Final Sale" cannot be
returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or
color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired
