At Dorbe.com, we are committed to providing you with a fast, reliable, and convenient shopping experience. We understand that receiving your items quickly is important to you, which is why we are proud to offer complimentary 24-hour delivery on all orders across the United Arab Emirates.

1. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery: Absolutely FREE on all orders. There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free shipping.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • 24-Hour Delivery: All orders confirmed before [Insert Your Cut-Off Time, e.g., 6:00 PM] will be delivered to your doorstep within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on public holidays, will be processed on the next business day and delivered within 24 hours from processing.
  • Our delivery service operates 7 days a week.

3. Delivery Area

We deliver to all addresses and P.O. Boxes within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

4. Order Processing and Confirmation

  • Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and a unique order number.
  • You will receive a second notification via email and/or SMS once your order has been dispatched with our courier partner. This notification will include tracking information.

5. How to Track Your Order

You can track the status of your order in real-time by:

  • Using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Logging into your account on Dorbe.com and viewing your "Order History."

6. Receiving Your Delivery

  • Our courier partner will contact you on the mobile number you provided at checkout to coordinate the delivery.
  • A signature may be required upon receipt of your package.
  • If you are not available to receive the order, our courier will attempt to contact you to reschedule the delivery for a more convenient time.

7. Incomplete or Incorrect Address

To ensure a timely delivery, please make sure you provide a full and accurate shipping address (including building name, street name, and apartment/villa number). Dorbe.com is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of orders due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
